What is the conference registration fee and what does it include?
The regular rate is $1695, $1595 for conference alumni. You can save an additional $300 if you register by February 18, 2005. Further discounts are available for groups of 2 or more. The conference fee includes complete conference materials as well as admission to all executive education sessions, networking sessions, luncheons, and continental breakfasts.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing by February 28, 2005 will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. For cancellations received after February 28, 2005, you will receive a 50 percent credit toward another CFO magazine conference, good for one year. CFO is unable to extend credits or refunds for no-shows.
What is your policy on transferring registrations?

What is the dress code for the conference?
Recommended dress for all meetings and social functions is business casual. You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket as hotel function rooms tend to be cool.

Is there parking available at The Rosen Centre Hotel?
Valet parking is available for a rate of $8 for day parking and $10 for overnight parking. There is self parking available behind the hotel for $10 per day. Guests staying at The Rosen Centre Hotel overnight will be charged $5. This fee is automatically charged to the guest's room; please be sure to let the parking attendant know that you are staying overnight.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Mears Transportation Group offers shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport to local hotels. No reservations necessary when traveling from the airport to hotel, but you must call 24 hours in advance to make arrangements to go from your hotel to the airport. One way fare is $15 per person and round trip fare is $25. The Mears Transportation booth is located on Level One, one level down from baggage claim and is open from 7:30 am to Midnight. However, they do offer shuttle service 24 hours a day, so if you need a shuttle after Midnight, please call Mears at .
